The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial stability of our workshop, which has experienced an unprecedented surge in clients and customers, growing from zero to a phenomenal intake on an hourly, daily, and weekly basis. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical tasks that are essential to our continued success.
You'll be responsible for handling the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, and timely delivery. Close collaboration with the workshop's administrative team is vital to maintaining effective credit control, keeping service packages up-to-date, and coordinating the scheduling of forthcoming MOTs. Additionally, you will work in tandem with the administrator to ensure that sufficient finances are available for all necessary operations.
Furthermore, you'll be the linchpin in ensuring the seamless day-to-day running of our accounts. At 5 o'clock every day, you'll diligently upload financial data to Xero accounting for comprehensive reporting back to our head office.
