Job Description:

As an Account Manager at Hydro Cleansing Ltd, you will play a critical role in promoting our fleet management solutions to prospective clients. With access to up-to-date data, warm leads, and cold call lists, you will engage with potential customers, manage an existing client portfolio, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 250 outbound calls/day to generate interest, leads, and secure new clients for HCL Fleet Services.

Build, nurture, and manage a £5 million/year portfolio of existing and new clients, providing exceptional account management and ongoing support.

Promote HCL Fleet Services by providing detailed information and raising awareness about our comprehensive fleet solutions to prospective clients.

• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.

Skilfully upsell services tailored to customer needs with confidence and enthusiasm.

Accurately update customer data and manage account information within our CRM system.

• Adhere to call centre scripts and procedures, ensuring consistency and maintaining top-quality service.

Analyse customer needs and provide well-suited solutions, improving overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Handle escalated calls or challenging customers with professionalism and patience.

 

Requirements:

Proven Telesales Experience: Demonstrated success in outbound sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets. Previous call centre experience is mandatory.

Account Management Experience: Proven track record in building and managing high-value client portfolios.

Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing top-notch customer service.

Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills: Confident and professional in closing deals and handling negotiations.

Analytical Skills: Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective recommendations and solutions.

Data Entry Proficiency: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in updating CRM systems.

Sense of Urgency: Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented: Driven to achieve targets and deliver outstanding performance.

 

Working Hours:

• Office hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

• Option to work from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM while canvassing clients.

• Please note that remote work is not available for this role.
