Job Description:

As a Call Centre Staff member at Hydro Cleansing, your role will be pivotal in promoting our environmental waste services to prospective clients. You'll have access to up-to-date data, warm leads, and cold call lists to engage potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to generate interest, leads, and new clients.
  • Build, nurture, and revisit a portfolio of existing and new clients, providing assistance and additional support as needed.
  • Provide information and raise awareness about Hydro Cleansing’s services to prospective clients.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and address client concerns, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Engage effectively with customers, maintaining a positive experience and swiftly resolving any issues.
  • Skilfully upsell products or services tailored to customers' needs and preferences with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Accurately update customer data and account information within the bespoke CRM system.
  • Adhere to call centre scripts and procedures, ensuring consistency and top-quality service.
  • Maintain a consistently high level of phone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Analyse customer needs to provide well-suited solutions and recommendations.
  • Handle escalated calls or challenging customers with unwavering professionalism and patience.

Requirements:

  • Proven Telesales Experience: Demonstrated success in outbound sales with a history of meeting or exceeding targets. Previous call centre experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong Sales and Negotiation Abilities: Skilled in closing deals and handling negotiations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Analytical Skills: Capable of understanding and analysing customer needs to provide effective solutions and recommendations.
  • Data Entry Proficiency: High accuracy and attention to detail in managing customer information within a CRM system.
  • Sense of Urgency: Ability to work efficiently and respond quickly to customer needs, akin to an emergency service.
  • Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Thrives in a dynamic, responsive setting, maintaining composure and effectiveness under pressure.
  • Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented: Driven by achieving targets and delivering excellent performance.

Working Hours:

  • Office hours: 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Option to work from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM while canvassing clients.
  • Please note that remote work is not available.
