Responsibilities:
· making a targeted number of calls, building a portfolio of new clients, revisiting existing clients, offering assistance to large portfolios that require additional assistance, and providing product awareness and information to prospective clients.
· Accurately update customer data and account information within the bespoke CRM system. All training provided is internally manufactured.
· Skilfully upsell products or services tailored to customers' needs and preferences. This requires confidence, enthusiasm, and dynamic individuals.
· Engage effectively with customers, ensuring a positive experience and swift issue resolution.
· Analyse customer needs and provide well-suited solutions and recommendations.
· Handle escalated calls or challenging customers with unwavering professionalism and patience.
· Adhere to call centre scripts and procedures, ensuring consistency and top-quality service.
· Maintain a consistently high level of phone etiquette and professionalism.
· Understanding, targets KPIs, sales targets KPIs, email targets KPIs
· Remembering that this is all about a number’s game the more calls you make, the more emails you send, the more activity you will generate more money you will earn.

Your first three months with us will involve intensive training to equip you for success. During this period, you'll receive a base salary along with commission opportunities.
