Commercial Bodyshop Manager

Role Description

We are looking to recruit for an experienced commercial bodyshop manager to join our team. You will be overseeing and facilitating the day to day running of our bodyshop. You will have responsibility for the bodywork maintenance of our commercial fleet and look to grow the business through sourcing third party work.

Other duties include:

• Organise the bodyshop to ensure all work s carried out in a timely manner
• Ensure all job cards are completed and all work is quality checked.
• Deliver financial results in line with agreed budgeted requirements
• Support site resources and costs to optimise capability and profitability
• Actively and effectively manage work provider and supplier relationships
• Manage compliance to all company processes as well as current Health & Safety, PAS125 and manufacturer standards.
• Deliver structured individual performance management processes.

Experience Required

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role or environment. Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and commercial paintwork is essential.
