Drainage CCTV Manager Job

The Company:

Hydro Cleansing Ltd (HCL), a leading provider of Environmental Services in London and the South East, offers a fast, responsive, and highly effective service including CCTV drainage inspection and surveying, drain and sewer maintenance, waste management, confined space, and emergency response. We are currently looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and experienced CCTV Manager to join our vibrant team in the Croydon area.

Role/Responsibilities:

The role of the CCTV Manager (Drainage) involves overseeing the planning, execution, and quality assurance of CCTV drainage surveys to identify and address issues in drainage systems. The CCTV Manager will manage a team of engineers, coordinate with clients, and ensure the highest standards of service and reporting.

• Team Management: Manage and supervise a team of CCTV drainage engineers.
• Client Coordination: Contact new and existing clients to understand and meet their drainage survey needs.
• Service Excellence: Ensure the delivery of a first-class service to all clients.
• Reporting: Produce and review accurate and high-quality reports from CCTV drainage surveys.
• Scheduling: Schedule and oversee the CCTV drainage surveys, maintenance, and repair of drainage systems.
• Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes and procedures.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory of CCTV drainage equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
• Training: Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Flexibility: Willing to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Other Duties: Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.

Skills & Experience:

We are looking for individuals with the following skills and experience:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in CCTV drainage engineering or related field.
• Management: Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Licensing: Full UK clean Driving Licence (essential).
• Qualifications:
• OS19X qualification (desirable).
• CSCS card.
• Confined Space Entry - or CP2 (desirable but not essential).
• City & Guilds Chapter 8 - signing and guarding (desirable but not essential).
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of using Minicam equipment (desirable but not essential).
• Proficiency in Wincan software (desirable but not essential).
• Communication: High standard of communication skills, both written and oral.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in the use of computer systems and software relevant to the role.
• Independence: Ability to work unsupervised and lead a team.

Job Type:

• Full-time, Permanent

Pay:

• £20.00-£25.00 per hour
