**Overview**:  
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HGV Workshop Foreman / Supervisor to join our team in a busy, modern, and well-maintained HGV workshop. You will oversee a team of technicians and fitters, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards within time limits. This role requires both hands-on technical involvement and strong leadership in a clean, organized, and well-lit environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the HGV workshop.
- Coordinate and motivate technicians and fitters to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Provide hands-on technical support, from mechanical repairs to advanced diagnostics.
- Ensure that all jobs are carried out correctly, within allocated timeframes, and to quality standards.
- Maintain accurate job records and communicate effectively with the office and workshop staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as job scheduling and reporting, when required.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment, fostering growth and learning among the team.
- Ensure that all vehicles are prepped, cleaned, and maintained to the highest standards before entering the workshop.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a similar role within an HGV workshop environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of HGV maintenance and repair, with hands-on experience in diagnostics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Willingness to undertake ongoing training and development to expand skills and qualifications.
