Job Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Commercial Workshop Manager, including document preparation, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Parts Coordination: Assist in managing parts inventory, liaise with suppliers, and handle orders to support workshop operations.
- Software Management: Utilize bespoke motor industry software for various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Proactive Engagement: Take initiative in daily tasks, anticipate needs, and execute responsibilities with minimal direction, embodying a "go-getter" and "can-do" attitude.
Key Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a parts or commercial workshop environment within the motor industry.
- Computer Literacy: Full proficiency in standard office software and adaptability to specialized motor industry software.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Assertive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy, reactive environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications related to the automotive industry will be advantageous.
