Sales Team Leader
The Sales Account Manager position is a sales role with client intervention and relationship building.
The emphasis is on high volume calls to a large client database with 56,000 repeating customers.
Tasks for the role include:
Your role will be to build and maintain client relationships through an ongoing customer cycle using our in-house CRM system.
Taking data from our inhouse research analyst.
Maintain accurate customer records remembering that we are an emergency response organisation
Maintain effective relationships with each Company Department and developing the clients into a prospective key account.
Ensure the best level of communications, service and response for Clients at all times
To achieve targeted sales performance in regards to a set minimum number of appointments in order to generate new business and grow for the Companies customer base.
To achieve targeted a set minimum amount of outbound dials and duration set according to your duration and experience.
To achieve targeted a set minimum amount of revenue brought in per day, KPI's are set per week, per month, constituting commission basis.
Personal responsibility for your quality of work, consistency of work and leadership, adherence to the channels of communication, personal financial results, product & technical knowledge, punctuality, presentation and personal goal setting.

Qualification & Experience Requirements
Proven track records in achieving sales results / unless you have a personality and the capabilities of winning over the HR Manager.
