Your first three months with the HCL family is an in-depth product and systems training; your role will be to research potential clients and build an advance and extensive portfolio. 

First Class customer service and being a team player will drive you toward becoming a key account manager looking after prestigious accounts and clients. 

The sky is the limit at HCL. With an uncapped commission structure calculated by our chartered accountants and paid on a monthly basis, you have the full potential to be earning in excess of £60,000 per year.

 The HCL family has a dedicated and driven all-star team, and some have risen through the ranks and progressed to the director level without having any experience at all. 



Reporting To: Sales Team Leader 


Role Description:


The Sales Account Manager position is a sales role with client intervention and relationship building. 

The emphasis is on high-volume calls to a large client database with 56,000 repeating customers.

Tasks for the role include:

  • Your role will be to build and maintain client relationships through an ongoing customer cycle using our in-house CRM system.
  • Taking data from our in-house research analyst.
  • Maintain accurate customer records remembering that we are an emergency response organisation
  • Maintain effective relationships with each Company Department and develop the clients into prospective key accounts.
  • Ensure the best level of communication, service, and response for Clients at all times
  • To achieve targeted sales performance in regards to a set minimum number of appointments in order to generate new business and grow the Company's customer base.
  • To achieve targeted, a set minimum amount of outbound dials and duration set according to your duration and experience.
  • To achieve a target minimum amount of revenue brought in per day, KPIs are set per week and month, constituting a commission basis.
  • Personal responsibility for your quality of work, consistency of work and leadership, adherence to the channels of communication, personal financial results, product & technical knowledge, punctuality, presentation, and personal goal setting.
  • The office environment is fast, reactive, and vibrant suitable for quick-thinking, forward-thinking individuals that enjoy a challenge and are not adverse to hard work to reap the benefits of the OTE - £60k. 


Qualification & Experience Requirements
