Leadership and Team Development:
- Provide robust leadership to a team of 3-5 Account Managers, cultivating a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
- Mentor and coach team members to ensure continuous professional development and the achievement of performance objectives.
- Set and monitor team targets, ensuring that individual Account Managers consistently meet or exceed expectations.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of Account Managers.
- Foster collaboration with various departments for a holistic approach to client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management:
- Oversee client relationships, emphasizing effective communication and understanding of client needs.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to formulate and execute client-centric strategies.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships using our in-house CRM system.
- Extract insights from our research analyst to enhance client interactions.
- Maintain accurate customer records, crucial for our role as an emergency response organization.
- Establish effective relationships with all company departments and strategically develop clients into key accounts.
- Uphold a high standard of communication, service, and responsiveness for client satisfaction.
Sales Strategies and Personal Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Focus on achieving targeted sales performance metrics, including generating new business and expanding the customer base.
- Make outbound calls within specified durations to meet daily revenue targets.
- Take personal responsibility for work quality, consistency, leadership, and adherence to communication channels.
- Drive personal financial results, demonstrate product knowledge, maintain punctuality, and set and achieve personal goals.
